Our winter sweeps are stillproving successful with six vouchers given out this week. The scoring was very good with all 30points getting a voucher. Thecourse is in good condition despite all the rain in the last few months. While we had a very successful year lastyear new members are always welcome and anyone interested in joining a friendlyprogressive golf club all they have to do is contact any member of the club orour secretary manager Michael Tobin on 062 51119.
While it may be the middle ofJanuary our full golfing schedule for 2012 begins the weekend of the 18thof February when we host the Moloney foursomes with16 pairs to qualify. So now is thetime to get practising for our busy 2012 golfing year.
